Resolves to whoever accepts the party nomination at the 2028 DNC or N/A if the Democratic party doesn't nominate a candidate for whatever reason by market close. I'll determine whether they're a "white man" via self-identification/credible media/judgement etc A few examples Obama would be NO, Biden YES, Josh Shapiro YES, The Rock NO, Justin Amash NO, Ted Lieu NO etc
